How the 14 days unfold

The shape of the 14 days.

We know where we're going and what you'll learn. The exact path stays flexible, so it can fit the room you're in.

every day: a challenge · a learning drop · the community
Live · kick-off

Meet the room.

Set your goals and start your Transformation Map.

Week 1

Inward.

Know your voice. Own it.

Whose voice is this?

Inherited scripts and the narrator in your head.

What do you actually want?

Real wants, not what looks good.

What are you already carrying?

Strengths, skills, interests, experience.

What do you want to build?

Values, goals, the life you're making.

Guest voice

Someone who built a different kind of life.

Live · 2-hour deep-dive

Practise it out loud.

Get feedback. Try again. Then we turn outward.

Week 2

Outward.

Articulate it. Use it.

Clarity

Organise what you mean so others can follow.

Confidence

Speak while nervous. Act even if you might get it wrong.

Voice, tone & presence

Pace, emphasis, energy, and sounding like yourself.

Listening & assertiveness

Make people feel heard. Say what you mean, kindly.

Guest voice

Another path. Another way of using a voice.

Live · closing

What changed.

What's next, and what you keep practising.

After 14 days

You, with evidence.

Not a new person. More of the one already there.

Alongside communication

Your Transformation Map.

Pick one or two personal goals to work towards over the 14 days. Then use the power of community and daily discipline to turn them into something real.

  1. 1
Pick. One or two goals that genuinely matter to you.
  2. 2
Structure. A small daily step, set together at the kick-off.
  3. 3
The room. Share progress, stay accountable, get support.
Transformation needs discipline. Discipline is easier with people.
for 14 days, alongside my voice, I'm working on:
pick one or two. not ten.
my goals:
Something small, every single day

Truth or dare. With yourself.

Not 45-minute videos every night. One small challenge a day that nudges you just outside your default. A truth means being honest with yourself. A dare means doing the thing you usually avoid.

The kind of thing you'll do
Tap a button. See what tomorrow might ask of you.
small · real · a little brave
Samples to give you the idea. The real challenges stay sealed until their day.

Confidence needs evidence.

Every small thing you do and survive becomes proof. Fourteen days of proof feels very different from fourteen days of advice.

I spoke up.
I told them how I felt.
I survived getting it wrong.
I kept a promise to myself.
I set a boundary.
I asked.
I listened all the way through.
I tried something new.
I showed up.
Maybe I can trust myself. proof, not points
The room

30 people. That's it.

  • Small enough that names don't disappear into a participant list.
  • Small enough to actually talk, and to practise out loud.
  • Small enough to notice each other grow.
  • Small enough to practise on each other, kindly.
  • Small enough that I can pay attention to you.
  • And large enough to meet people nothing like you.
The private Unscripted community

The work doesn't end when the call does.

Your cohort gets its own private home on the Unscripted platform. A room you come back to every day, between the live sessions and after them.

  • Post reflections, wins and struggles
  • Ask questions, and answer other people's
  • See how 29 other people handled the same challenge
  • Reach me directly, inside the cohort
  • Keep conversations going long after the call ends

Did today's dare. Told my mum why I'm grateful for her. She went quiet, then asked if I was okay. Still worth it.

Notice how long you rehearsed it versus how long it took to say. That gap is exactly what we're working on.

How do you disagree with someone senior without it sounding rude?

Written when I was about 22. Long before Unscripted had a name.
Why it matters to me
I don't want to build an audience.
I want to build a community.

Different people. Different lives. The same decision to show up more consciously. People who believe in themselves without needing to make anyone smaller, communicate honestly, stay curious, care deeply, and think for themselves while standing together.

That's what becoming unscripted looks like.

We get one life. Too short to spend it editing yourself for everyone else.

So tell people you love them.Take care of yourself.Try things.Build real relationships.Take yourself seriously.Stop waiting for permission.
Guest voices

Different lives. Different paths. Different voices.

You don't need to copy any of them.

This cohort isn't only about learning from me. Through the 14 days you'll meet people who have built something real in very different worlds, made different choices, and fought different fears.

What I'll ask them

Not their success story. Their decision story.

01What signals did you follow?
02What advice did you ignore?
03How did you handle doubt?
04How did you deal with judgment?
05What did failure look like?
06When did you start trusting yourself?
07How did you get people to hear your ideas?
08What are you still figuring out?
Guest conversations with people building across different worlds. The line-up is confirmed for each cohort.
How the 14 days actually run

Something you do. Not something you watch.

  • 01 · Learn

    A learning drop.

A short video, framework, idea or guide.

  • 02 · Practise

    A challenge.

    Something small to actually do.

  • 03 · Real life

    You try it.

At school, college, work, at home, with someone you care about, or by yourself.

  • 04 · Share

    The community.

Post, reflect, ask, respond. See how others did it.

  • 05 · Live

    Practice together.

Three live sessions with me: a kick-off, a 2-hour deep-dive, and a closing session. Deeper work, questions, practice and feedback.

  • 06 · Again

    Take it back into life.

A little braver than last time.

The rhythm: learn → practise → share → reflect → get feedback → try again

Raman's role

My job for 14 days: build the room.

  • set the daily challenges
  • run the live sessions
  • read what you post
  • ask better questions
  • bring in other voices
  • answer what you bring me

I don't have life figured out. I'll be doing the work alongside you.

What changes
Become fearless. A new personality. Transform your life in 14 days.

Not becoming someone else. Becoming more capable of being yourself.

  • Something you used to avoid gets slightly easier
  • An opinion said out loud that you'd have kept in
  • Thoughts that come out structured, not scrambled
  • Voice, pace, tone and presence, used on purpose
  • Better listening, and real conversations
  • People from the cohort you'd actually call
  • One or two parts of your life, deliberately moved forward
Not to sound like a professional speaker. To sound like what you mean.

With friends, family, in class, in meetings and interviews, when you set a boundary, ask for something, share an idea, or finally say how you feel. Yes, on stage too.

Where this started

One workshop can open a door. Fourteen days lets you walk through it.

My biggest takeaway was getting some of my confidence back. I used to think before doing almost anything that people were going to judge me. I'm not completely over that yet, but I've definitely improved. Maybe next year, I'll finally take part in solo singing.

Written feedback · Class 11
that's a small win.

I realised I don't have to change myself just to fit somebody else's expectations.

Written feedback · Class 10

It made me focus more on myself instead of constantly worrying about everyone else.

Written feedback · Class 11

You probably didn't realise it, but many of us really needed those conversations.

If you're here
Something brought you to this page.

You don't have to promise yourself a new personality or a transformed life. You just need to be willing to practise.

Who is this for?

Someone in school, college, work, a transition, a creative path, a business or an unconventional career. Or simply someone who wants to become more confident and capable of expressing themselves. The only requirement: you're willing to show up and do the work.

Been to a workshop or webinar of mine?

This is where we go deeper. If AUTHEN–TICK or Find Your Inner Voice opened something up, this gives you 14 days to practise it.

First time?

You don't need to complete anything before this. The cohort stands completely on its own.

Fair questions

When does the cohort start?

The dates are confirmed after sign-up. Once the cohort fills, we coordinate with everyone and choose dates and live-session timings that work for the group.

What do I actually do each day?

A short learning drop, one small challenge, trying it in real life, and a few minutes in the community sharing what happened. Built to fit around school, college or work: most days need around 15 to 30 minutes.

How does the community work?

Your cohort gets a private space on the Unscripted platform. You can post reflections, wins and struggles, ask questions, respond to each other, reach me directly, and keep conversations going between the live sessions.

What if I miss a day?

You pick it back up. Practice isn't about a perfect streak. It's about coming back.

Will I have to speak in front of everyone?

You'll be invited to practise out loud, never forced. Plenty of the growth happens in exactly those moments, but you choose your pace.

Is this public speaking training?

Public speaking is one place your communication shows up, but this is much broader. We work on clarity, confidence, listening, tonality, expression, presence, assertiveness and using your voice in real conversations: at home, at school, at work, in relationships and, yes, on stage too.

Is this only for students?

No. The room can include people in school, college, work or somewhere in between. The questions change with age. The skill doesn't.

Do I need to attend a workshop or the webinar first?

No. The cohort stands completely on its own. If you have been to one, this is where we go deeper.

Who are the guest voices?

People who have built something real across different worlds: business, art, music, wellness and more. The line-up is confirmed for each cohort and shared inside.

Are the live sessions recorded?

Live timings are chosen with the group so most people can attend. Recording details are shared before Day 1.

Is this therapy?

No. It's a practice-based learning experience. If you're going through something that needs professional support, a qualified counsellor is the right place to start.

What happens after I pay?

You get a confirmation. Then we reach out to coordinate the cohort dates and live timings, you get access to the private Unscripted community, and you complete a short starting reflection and your Transformation Map. Then Day 1 begins together.

You don't need another version of you. You need practice becoming more of the one that's already there.
